Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting a messaging service, or using GoSlip, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.

GoSlip helps you capture receipt images through supported messaging services, extract information from them using automated systems, and organize the results in your dashboard. GoSlip is not an accounting, tax, legal, banking, or financial-advice service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity performed through it. Only connect WhatsApp, Telegram, or other services that you are authorized to use. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Business records belong to a workspace, not to an individual member account. Workspace roles control access: only the Owner may transfer ownership, manage billing, or delete the workspace, while Owners and Admins may manage members and integrations. Actions by authorized members may be recorded in the workspace activity log for security, support, and accountability. Where the plan includes it, only Owners and Admins can inspect or export that log; it is not an undo feature. Removing a member or deleting that member's account does not delete shared workspace records or rewrite earlier activity.

You retain ownership of the receipts and other content you submit. You grant GoSlip the limited right to store, transmit, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

Receipt data is extracted and classified automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing amounts, dates, merchants, categories, and other extracted information before relying on it for accounting, tax, financial, or business decisions.

Do not use GoSlip to break the law, infringe another person's rights, submit malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass limits or security controls, or process documents containing data you are not authorized to share. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service and its users.

GoSlip depends on hosting, storage, AI, and messaging providers. We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features or integrations may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued when reasonably necessary.

Basic is a permanent account plan with a lifetime receipt-processing allowance. Each account has one subscription shared by its owned workspaces; the applicable price, billing period, taxes, cancellation terms, and Refund Policy are shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by a third party. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.

You may stop using GoSlip at any time. You may also submit a verified account-deletion request from Account Settings by confirming a link sent to your account email, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. An Owner must transfer ownership or deliberately delete an owned workspace before deleting the account. Deleting a workspace is a separate Owner-only action that removes shared business records and connected resources. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, create risk for GoSlip or others, or if required by law.

GoSlip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that extracted data will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, GoSlip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms when the service, law, or our operations change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method. Continuing to use GoSlip after the effective date of updated terms means you accept them.
